I can see how well mannered those students are,and how they immediately listen and do the task assigned instead of grunting, and sighing"No" And i think the reason is because they don't have exam after exam ,and they have quite some fun during the clean up rather than standing around with a broom and sweeping, and they don't look ashamed nor embarrassed, because it's nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed of,as for a task is a task!In fact it seems like the opposite of ashamed, they seem proud for being assigned, and they are incredibly happy!

Students in Japan are congested with an abundance of selflessness and philanthropic aspects, acting out as a team rather than one, by occupying themselves with the job of cleaning, partitioning food, It's all thorough that students in japan are profound on being independent and they are.

To a large extent, these students are practicing environment-friendly, disciplinary and sanitary principles which are thus enabling them to achieve to an overall wholehearted school. With the intent of one step ahead, these students are fulfilling all the aspects of a super-school.

Not all of us can say that we clean the classrooms and serve our fellow students. Well the students of Japan can, students as young as second graders do this task. They are incredibly responsible and hygienic. This also helps them in day to day life

The video is a demonstration of the principle of dignity of labor. The children show the principal in full effect. The major idea is that all labor is dignified and all jobs should be respected showing indifference between a food worker leader and the various other parties and people. Yet the simple rotation in tasks is quite interesting. Now the children show major respect for their work and others. They simply do not have embarrassment for the tasks as they are constantly rotated so all get a chance to see the world in that persons view. This has a major effect as when they become adults they shall continue respecting others. This idea lays a print. Though this could not work in a proper workplace as rotating jobs would be simply impossible. So I believe this is quite a good idea yet does have some problems and thoughts within making it hard to be implemented anywhere as it needs specific ideas and reliable patterns although not the easiest simplest or best of solutions it leaves respect reliability and other good ideologies in children.
